Yes, we did on the 13" on the SR4.
Happened with the wider wheel option, that is 8" rather than the 7" standards; most of the extra 1" is obviously accommodated on the inside; the junction of the inner rim where the flat part meets the bead flange rubbed against the bottom wishbone web on maximum lock.
Solution is to avoid using full lock whenever possible (most of our chaffing was done when using full lock to back it into the pits/onto the trailer) or get some lock restrictors; obviously, the latter is best but it does reduce the lock quite a bit. What were three point turns become five point turns.

Yes - same here - but only slightly and when on full lock and with 8" CRX Rims. I never finf full lock whilst driving so have not bothered to arrest it.
The car came with 7" front rims which had 4 - 5 mm spacer - but I never ran the car myself with these so can not tell you if they also rub.

Yo Dave!
I had exactly the same problem with the front "8 inch" rims on Betty. Didn't seem to be a problem on the circuits and on static test there seemed to be plenty of clearance. But, with the amount of lock we use on the hills and the loads that go through the suspension due to sticky Avons, wheel rims meet wishbone webs and the wishbones win - I knackered several rims before I cracked it.
The solution?
Well, I had a couple of 3mm spacers machined up and haven't had the problem since!
