Has Men and Motors been removed from sky. OK it had allot of rubbish on, but it was one of my flicking channels, and from time to time had the odd decent programme on.

Men & Motors closed IIRC, they did a channel update on Sky recently (includes ITV HD now).

I believe they closed it and changed it to ITV1 HD.

I don't remember there being much of interest on M&M to be honest. For motoring related programmes I watch a lot of Motors TV (F1 magazine programmes, FFord, F3 and GT) and Dave (Fifth Gear and Top Gear re-runs), but I expect you do the same already smile

frown.

Nevermind Turbo is still out there and no doubt there will be a launch of a 'new' Sky Channel to give us all hours of repetitive stuff that was shown on another channel earlier in the year.

I don't recall them ever being on M&M, they were Discovery Channel productions and are currently shown on Discovery Turbo (ch 523) and other Discovery channels.

I've seen bits of those recently on Discovery etc and don't really find them interesting, but I'll admit, I didn't know that those programmes originated on M&M and there's no doubt that others do find them good to watch.

They didn't, as I mention above they were made by the Discovery Channel, M&M was owned by Granada TV so they showed old ITV programmes and some nasty M&M original maxxed power type programmes with that idiot Reverend Bob.

I didn't think so. They're on Discovery Turbo now according to my Sky guide at the moment.

What do mean you don't think so, I've already said they are Discovery programmed currently on Dicovery Turbo myself, what are you disagreeing with?

Shame that..At least when total boredom set in it was worth flicking on to it just in case there was something that caught the eye.
