how loud?

taking my 2006 V8 on a trackday for the first time. regulations state a noise limit of 105db - with the fuse back in, will it pass this?

Fuse does not matter as the noise tests are generally done at a point where the valves are open any how. The dB depends on the conditions but on a normal ish day they are about 98dB at 1.5m at 3/4 max revs. So you will be fine...enjoy!

yes ...well mine did ...dont worry about the fuse either - they test it over 4000 revs, so it makes no odds
