SSX?

Now that I've resigned myself to the fact that GT5 is the biggest white elephant in gaming history and I'm getting a little bit bored with the same old things over and over again on MW2, I was wondering whether anyone knew if there was a modern day equivalent to the SSX Snowboarding games? Or, even better, if there is likely to be a PS3 version at any point?

Anyone got any recommendations?

The demo for Skate 3 is up on PSN at the moment. I had a brief play and was very impressed, so it looks like I'll be picking up a copy at some point.

I've not heard much about SSX sadly. I had hoped that we'd get a new version, especially given that there were hints towards it in Burnout Paradise with the radio DJ talking about news on the SSX mountain.

There is shaun white snowboarding that i had for the 360 wich was not too bad. . . massive sort of openworld mountains.

Skate 3 is on my list. . getting demo tonight
