Label Question

We have a chat going on over here on whether a 2.8's valves seats would be hardened which "lead" to the question because our factory-ish stickers say "unlead fuel only".
And since we had cats and they banned lead here long ago, ours are "unleaded".
The V6 had hardened valve seats from '85-ish. The engine type number would look something like 'PR E' if it does And since we had cats and they banned lead here long ago, ours are "unleaded".

The stickers sound like a Lancastrian typo

The sticker stuck on mine said "Unleaded fuel only"
White sticker, black letters.
Interesting - my under-hood sticker(by the lube plate) is black with white letters. Nothing around the fuel cap or the dash gauge (but that was changed out at some point with new wood). White sticker, black letters.

Grady,
Various US-spec wedges over the years had "Unleaded Fuel" labels of one type or another placed in various locations. One was on the body below the fuel filler door, one was on the dashboard adjacent to the fuel gauge, another was in the engine bay as previously mentioned, and some cars simply didn't have them at all, in typical TVR fashion. My 1984 was not fitted with one at all, but one of my previous wedges did have such a sticker, inside the fuel filler door, as I recall.
