Apparently according to the news just now. What with the threat of employing Kate Thornton as well it looks like I'll be stuck watching the BBC over breakfast instead.

Chiles is a joy-less parochial mong who has risen so far above his station that it's mind boggling. That there has apparently been a bidding war for his services beggars belief.

BBC news said it was because they are replacing him on the Fri edition of the The One Show with supergob Chris Evans. Chiles called the decision disappointing.

I can see Christine will have the perfect reason to go elsewhere now.

It's not you as you have not voiced an opinion, the ^^^^^^ point to the post above mine and obviously the two who have made the comments.

Well I thoroughly enjoy watching Adrian on the One Show, when he left Working Lunch with Adam Shaw to go the the One Show their audience plummetted.
Helps that I am a West Brom fan though!

Having spent a 3 hour train journey chating with him recently, he seems a genuine, ordinary and quite humble bloke, who happens to have achieved what for him was a dream job (presenting a football programme). There are far worse than Adrian who have managed to climb the TV personality ladder!

The irony of Chris(the gob)Evans being given a show slot on a Friday night by the BBC when they sacked him for wanting to do the same thing for his own production company on TFI Friday...Is he really that good anyway ???

Well I'm sure he's just a lovely man to spend 3 hours on the great northwestern with, but I saw the one show when Peter Kay was on, and he (kay) was having a laugh with that oirish bird and making good entertaining TV and chiles didn't want any of it, and was just focussed on reading his auto-cue. Totally unsuited for the medium that he's landed in, but there you go. Maybe the housewives love him.

Yes! I remember he wanted to stop doing his Friday radio show so he wasn't so rushed when doing the evening TV slot TFIF.

Only in his dreams; isn't she being slipped a length by some Premiership bladdermolester?
