If you complain that they used an apostrophe in the wrong place you might get another boxful!
When I was at school somebody discovered that if you pushed a small stone into a Mars Bar and then wrote to complain it had a stone in it, they sent you a box of free chocolates. Naturally there was a spate of Mars-Bar-stone-stuffing, but I think the company caught on to the ruse fairly quickly.
Lucky it wasn't Sleepmasters - they'd have sent an inspector round to tell you the level of salt was within tolerance as set out in Item 4a of the T&Cs.

Heh, about a year ago I had a packet of Salt & Vinegar that had no flavouring whatsoever. They were vile. Complained and also received a box like you received.
It's funny you complained there was too much flavouring, I've noticed over the last few weeks they seem to be lacking in the flavour department again. Maybe time to complain
