Any one stuck/ missed flights with air asia ?

we are supposed to be flying to KL on monday evening, looking 50/50, I have been trying to find out if they are going to charge us the difference if they cancel and put us on another flight but obviously phones are chocker ( and their are more people in need that will need to speak to them ) and even emails are getting bounced back due to their inboxes being full.

Just wondered if anyone here has been transferred with them and if they know what the crack is ? It doesn't say anything about charges or prices differences on their website.
