There are about BA planes wandering around the sky over Ireland and England right now. Looks like that in holds either until they decide what to do, or I guess have no option but to divert.

BBC Look North were suggesting there are at least a dozen Flights expected to divert into Newcastle tonight. Durham Tees Valley (Teesside) is also open.
