Well that's there excuse why my car has been at the dealers for 24hours.

What's the betting they have binned it, and its spent a day in the body shop?

Their link may have been down. No different to 1000s of people every day who have connectivity problems with their telephone.

The national one has been working all day for me, but, the smart cards needed for testing are rubbish and pack up regularly meaning you can't log on to test without a phone call (which nobody does as it usually takes 20 mins each test)so if they only have a couple of testers and they have one on a day off with the other one with a useless card then testing stops, or at least slows meaning some don't get done.
The cards don't give any indication before stopping working either. I have had two within the last year that stopped working during a test meaning I haven't been able to log the test results without a phone call to VOSA.

That is my thinking.

Well someone has had a crap day today then!

As long as they put it right, I'm not too worried.
