Sending messages to mutiple members?

Is it possible to send an email/message to multiple members at the same time if i have all their user names?

Can't see a way to do this, but thought i'd ask before going through the pain of individually sending messages to 30 people.

As Kinky says, there isn't a way to do this. This is intentional as it helps discourage spammers. There is also a limit to the number of PMs that you can send per day, which you might encounter if you send that many messages.

That's a shame, but i guess i can understand the reasoning.

I will have to try and get everyone to send me a message next time i try to organise a group thing. Just concerned if i just post something up for a group of people they won't all see it so i wanted to send them all a message.

Any idea what the daily limit is? Got about 30 to send initially.

Depends how long you have been a member, but 30 will probably be okay.

If you are organising something then the best option is often a forum post, followed by messages to nudge anyone who misses it.

What's wrong with starting a new thread in the appropriate forum. I think PH provides that functionality

When posting on a forum, some members may either miss it or may not frequently check the forums - whereas sending an email is direct and they are more likely to see the message.

Ah... Not thought of that! Forgot not everyone has the option to send emails. - Just have to hope they see the posts on the forum i guess!
