10+ years minimum. They've ruined that mans life and they've robbed his children of the father they would have had.

fking disgrace.

Glad the court removed the gagging order. Now anyone googling their names will see what kind of thugs they are.

Did anyone else get a hint of "They beat the crap out of him even though he wasn't a pedophile" vibe from the daily fail? Like it would have been acceptable otherwise.

Jesus those sentences are a joke, what they have done is worse than murder as it sounds like the guys original life has ended but he is still up and about. Personally I think those three should go down for life as it is luck / medical skills that he didn't die, which could possibly have been a better outcome.

They are indetimerminate sentences, they won't be out for at least double the amount of their minimum tarrif. Once a person is on one of those sentences they are basically fked.

What's it got to do with them (incorrectly) calling him a paedophile? If the gang had shouted to each other that he was a muslim, or gay, or something else incorrect, it doesn't have any particular bearing on their unprovoked attack.

Poor chap.

It was an intentional misspelling (hence the 'sp')as a reference to the moronic people who generally cant spell the word yet feel the need to knock seven shades of st out of men who may look like one...plus I think there was an infamous march on an estate in Portsmouth by "concerned residents" about local nonces and they'd all misspelled paedophile.

How badly did they misspell it? Pedophile is a valid spelling, but some people might not see that as the correct spelling.

They spelt it IIRC as I spelt it in the title, no e on the end.
