Courtsey Light Bulb

Can anyone tell me what type of bulb this is? Offhand, as I'd like to get a replacement, and won't be home until late tonight. I don't think it's the usual festoon type.

Pretty sure it is. Car's at home so can't check but I seem to remember they're both the regular festoon johnny.

The ones in mine (roof rail and footwell) were not festoons.

Can't recall the number, but they were more "normal" bulbs.

I expected a festoon type and bought on that assumption, but they are not. Took mine out went to the shop and bought one the same, but can't remember the number. Oh, also bought an LED version to give more light, but the polarity was wrong. Sometimes you just can't win!

Just been and pulled the one out of my roof rail.

Its like a baby version of a single filament tail light bulb.

35mm long
15mm wide at the metal body

Written on my bulb is this. Make of it what you can....

I think you might be able to switch this over by changing the connectors on the light itself...but them I'm world no1 or no2 at fqing up electrics, so may be best to leave with the incandescent bulb!
