hardtop for boxster

Hi Any one any thoughts on a hard top for a boxster
are they worth the 2k.

Personally I don't like the look of them. Suppose I might put up with it if I had a plastic rear screen though.

No. If obtainable in your colour second hand cheap maybe. Had one on my last car...not on my current one.

It fits less well than the cabrio top and is actually noisier at speed. The benefit is that you can clean snow/ice/crap off it more easily in winter...but now the softtop has a glass rear window there really isn't much justification for it.

Having said that - I'd buy one cheap in Guards Red but I wasn't going to pay full price new for one...
