amoria bond - legit or not?

they are a recruitment agency. when i perform searched of the usual sites, these guys seem to have a range of jobs in my area that i am ideally qualified for. i apply, yet hear nothing back in each case.

are they a legitimate outfit or simply touting for CV's? its too strange that no other agencies are carrying these same jobs. anyone here had any experiences with them?
