Any Polish speakers here?!

I need to get a bit of info from the Polish Ministry of Justice site. It should take at most about 3 minutes but my Polish is slightly less good than my knowledge of the internal workings of the flux capacitor. Could anyone offer a helping hand? There is a free beer in it for some helpful person!

Mark, Jolly decent of you chap! It is nothing legal at all, the Minsitry of Justice covers all sorts of stuff that have nothing to do with justice from what I can see. I'll PM you details but I wanted to thank you publically for responding.
