MK2 18" JCW Wheels on MK1 Mini

Hi All,

Does anyone know if ther later shape (2006+) wheels will fit on a 2004 Cooper S.

In particular, 18" JCW wheels.

Do they use the same bolts etc?

Yest they will I have seen the JCW phase 2 Challenge wheels on a Mk1 - however i dont know if they required any modding - i am pretty sure not as the checkmate cooper s(phase 1) has the same wheels as our cooper s (phase 2)

Yes they'll fit - all MINIs use a 4x 100 bolt pattern WITH A 56.1mm centrebore, holes in the wheels are 16mm. The R53 uses 12 mm bolts I think and the R56 14 but the wheels are the same so all fine.

I think the only issue ever with wheels not fitting was the JCW brake upgrade needs JCW wheels to clear the calipers.
