Poll creating question.

How do you start polls? Does it become possible after you've been registered for X months, or after you've posted a certain amount of times, or something else?

I was considered starting a poll titled "Should YOU be allowed to vote?" in response to this thread.

I guess that PH must have some history with problem polls? I'm not that fussed, I just wondered what the setup was.

I wouldn't bother with that one, because everyone (except the piss-takers) will just vote "Yes". But you seem like a sensible enough chap, so I've given you the right to start them anyway.
