The seats on the Griff seems rather low and if you are less than 5' 8" (like my wife for instance) it's like sitting in a well. Has anyone succesfully raised the seat so short arses can see out? If so, how? I need to do something so I don't keep being reminded how much more practical the Audi TT and Boxster are.
PS 'Try sitting on a cushion' results in being beaten so I try not to go there.

Talk to fernhurst as they have managed to quite a lot with seat heights etc.

Its not a difficult job at all. I know at least one Chimaera owner who has had it done.
Depending on your own height, you might also want to consider a booster cushion, tastefully trimmed in the same leather as the seat of course. I understand these are also readily available.

If you raise the seat, you also raise the centre of gravity which means that the handling is not as good. So the ability not to be able to see out of the car is actually a big advantage as it allows the car to corner quicker which is what it is all about.... isn't it

Funny this - two threads regarding lack of height on the same day, yet it puzzles me. I am 5'9" (well 5'8 1/2" to be honest) my wife is 5'4". I certainly have no problems at all and she has never complained about seeing where she is going! Is it a case of adjusting the seat back to a more upright position - I just don't understand it

Not seeing out of the car is really not going to help you get round corners. I had 2 small (1/2") alloy blocks (Towerview did it) put under just the back seat mounts - make a whole world of difference when trying to place the car for any given corner - do not bother doing the same to the front as the rack of the seat is to great toward the back in any case. Can Trash it AND
