1992 airbox: what's it off?

I have here a Ford airbox that I think might be off a 1.6i engined car but I'm not sure.

Both box and lid carry the same part numbers: V 86BB-9600-AB and G 46 205. It is date stamped June 1992. Then there's a square plastic duct that attaches to it Its part numbers are V 89BB-9C676-AC and BZ 02 A. The date stamp is May 1992.

Can anyone identify it?

Sounds like Escort/Modeo to me.

Thanks Max. I've just found the part number on a similar looking airbox someone's selling on eBay. According to that advert it's for a Sierra Cosworth.
