How to find out what speed triggers your local gatso. Simple! Ask the local bikers!
Guaranteed they've ridden towards them on the wrong side of the road a few times at different speeds to see what triggers them. No number plate on the front! The two we've got around here are triggered at 39 for the 30mph limit and 49 for the 40 mph limit. Keep below that and we're OK.
