For the last few weeks I have had a couple of Yahoo e_mail addresses, now, although my password is recognised and i can see that i have mail, it won't let me read them, coming up with the standard fault page. I can't find a help line contact, any ideas?

One of two things,

1) You or someone else has logged in under there name and either saved settings or not logged out

2) Something to do with your firewall. The company I use to work for installed Websense at the beginning of the year and since them, some, but not all people have been having problems with Yahoo, Ebay and some online bank account services.

So what do I do now, (he said as a thicky to computers).
I know there are 7 messages at one address and 4 at the other but when I pick on the "inbox" it comes up Page not available. Is there a real person I can ask at Yahoo rather than read a list of irrelevant problems and solutions, or a sure fire way of getting back in myself?
HEEEEEELLLPPPPPPPP!

Is there no one out there who can help?
I try to read the e mails and all I get is "this page is unavailable". It's now happening on my ebay page too.
Presumably its a setting on my machine thats changed but what.

Further update (if anyone is listening). I can read everything on my machine at work but home computer has obviously got a setting somewhere that has changed.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
