Who - or what - did I see?

Yesterday afternoon on the M25, just west of the Bell Common Tunnel, I'm heading east but on the other carriageway is a RR Phantom with a two-tone paintjob. White (or possibly v pale blue) and black (or v dark blue) with a plate which from a fleeting glimpse at speed looked like it said RO LLS but had obviously been fiddled with. Only saw it briefly but I think the wings were white and the bonnet black (surely not carbon??)

Barrys in Phantoms? What next?!?! Anyone else seen this tasteful brute?
