Was driving home a few nights ago and as I entered the top of my road, I turned into it and there was some chavs on bikes that saw me and deliberately crossed from one side to the other.

I held down my horn and they shouted at me "I'm in the road here you fker !!!" I shouted back "Yes, that is why I held my horn down" they proceeded to give me more abuse, I said to them "Do you want me to drive my car on the pavement? Do you pay road tax for your bikes?" They carried on swearing and I just drove off (holding my horn down on the way) fkers!

I came across what I believe to be the same 4 chavs a few nights later in exactly the same situation just a bit further down the road. They were wearing the same clothes with silly burbery caps and had the same BMX bikes. The only difference this time was that to my delight, one of the cretins was on the floor with his bike on top of him and his legs tangled in it with all his mates shouting abuse into the distance, not at me but at the person that I assume had hit the one and driven off. I saw a plume of diesel smoke in front and saw some VW vey far away in the distance driving off down the road. I slowed down and drove past them all, held my horn down and shouted " looks like a car was in the road too you fkers" winked at them and gave them a thumbs up then swiftly departed the scene.

Karma at it's greatest!

Why should you never hit a chav on a bike?

It might be your bike!

I think running somebody over and then driving off is worse than just being a bit of a knob by riding out in front of a car.

payment of road tax or otherwise is irrelevant.

I didn't run anybody over...and I don't condone it, just found it funny how these "hard" chavs that terroise people got what's coming to them.

He wasn't seriously hurt, looked like just in some pain, he will live to tell the tale and hopefully learn frmo it.

is this the right time to mention that there is no such beast as 'road tax'?

You know bikes have just as much right to be on the road as you do?

I'm sure the people that lived in that street loved you holding your horn in.

TBH, you sound like a bit of a knob. Someone knocked someone off a bike, and never stopped, so you wound down your window to offer some help? Phone an ambulance? No, hurl abuse at them. Well done.
There was no one on the street, it's got a pavement but no houses for about a mile.

TBH you sound like a bit of a knob, some chavs givin it the biggun and you don't see how karma has come round to them?

They hurled abuse at me a few days previous, hence why i found it fitting to give it back.

I know what it stands for, that's my point. VED IS road tax. Just because it is called excise duty doesn't mean it isn't road tax..

You do realise that bikes are meant to ride on the road, not on the pavment, don't you?

As for the guy hitting them and driving off, absolutely unaccceptable IMO.

Yeh but these chavs were driving from one side of the pavement, using the road, to get to the other side. Hence wern't using the road correctly, they were just using it cross to the other side of the pavement. Otherwise I wouldn't have a problem.

Agree about driving off. But to be honest, I think the chavs would have had him if he stopped, so that may be why he drove off as he was scared for his own safety?

You have to pay VED to drive on the road. There just spending/wasting it on other stuff.

well, the government seems to think there is, since they used it recently in an advert telling us how they were going to mug us again.

So VW man was scared of these roughty toughty chavs (they have BMXs and burberry caps after all) and yet the OP is man enough to engage in two bouts of vitriolic verbals with them, in his own street...

OP is 'Robbie Jacksons's dog!' biggrin

All in all, i agree with the OP in that they shouldn't piss about with cars and hopefully the kid wont do it again. Typical chavs thinking there hard, but there not as hard as my bonnet.
