If I read the rest of the post correctly, over 317 other forums have 'checked in' to the thread by last wednesday, and that's on page 7. Currently the thread is almost up to page 84!

Seems the guys who run the site are taking the opportunity to get as many viewing the adverts as possible.

Well the OP has only 123 posts but was a member since May 2008. That would be a long time to wait to set something up. OK they could tweek the members stats. but people appear to know the OP.
