Not a great big hotel, just 10 rooms in a lovely setting. We absolutely loved it - very special place.

There are so many lovely hotels in Mauritius, Constance Belle Mare Plage is lovely and represents excellent value, To give you some idea I have just booked some clients to here travelling in June for 7 nights on Half Board for £729.00 per person, so worth looking at the deals available for Nov.

Le Prince Maurice ... Slightly on the expensive side, but well worth the money.

But whatever hotel you go for, make sure you go on Full Board or at least Half board. Most hotels are pretty isolated, so you can't just go to a restaurant.

Another vote for the Prince Maurice.

I went to Legends for my honeymoon. The finest hotel I've ever stayed in by a large margin

Has to be all inclusive though because the HB-ers were getting raped on meal/drink costs.

I'll second that. We stayed in a suite which had a jacuzzi that overlooked the sea. Utterly fabulous in every way, highly recommended!

We went in October and it was warm but not hot. There were some showers in the afternoon.. not sure if it gets warmer or cooler as the year progresses...

We went late November last year. It was high 20s but with a constant strong wind and occasional showers.

We went early November, it was high 20s every day and it only rained 3 times for about an hour or so. If you're doing AI see if it includes the excursion to Ile De Deux Cocos which is the hotel's private island near the airport. It is a cracking day out and the BBQ buffet they put on is stunning
