Aero or no aero? (forza3)

Do you like to put the big wings on your car, or run without?

Do you see it as an unfair advantage over the other cars in a race?

If you really wanted a fair race you would use a showroom spec car and race that.

Some cars are good with wings, some less so (Lancia Delta is a good example; it works best sideways, but you lose all of the aero grip really fast as soon as you get a small slip angle on so it's not very controllable)

They are very handy with low spec cars as they usually reduce the performance index a bit for very little loss of performance, allowing you to bolt some extra bits on.

Personally I don't, I prefer to have fun with my tunes and either use mechanical grip or just a 'loony tune' (no pun intended)

They also don't suit my driving style, I prefer balancing a car on the edge of grip rather than relying on the air to keep the car glued to the road!

I'd say it depends on the car for me. Some look good with the aero package, some don't, some need a little extra help but most don't.

Use the front splitter on most cars but not so often the huge rear wing, pretty much purely on a looks basis. Rear wing is added if I am trying to get mega handling

+1, I try to avoid them as much as possible, but sometimes they are needed, I will use the front splitter more that the rear boom!
