Hi All,

Mods, could this stay here please?

Where would you recommend, for me to buy a holiday home, needs to be:

1. Cheap (Sub £50k)
2. Big enough for a family of 5
3. We will visit twice a year and my family will visit a further 4-5 times per year
4. Weather must be hot and sunny most of the time
5. Less than 8 hrs flying time
6. Nice locals
7. Things to do and see
8. Good food
9. Cheap to eat out/purchase goods/taxi's etc
10. Cheap property maintenance, taxes, etc.

I thought of Florida but just not sure.

What other considerations should I be thinking about

Here you go: http://www.sicilypropertyco.com/Properties.aspx?Pr...

Seriously though, £50k?

For that kind of money you're either going to end up with the chav crowd (Bulgaria) or totally out of the way - Kenya?

Tell us a bit more about what you're after...
