The Coldest CanAm

Subjects seem to be a little slow here on the Ultima Forum lately, so here's a topic.
You've seen me present posts on how hot my CanAm is the summer, so let's see who has been the coldest with their CanAm.
Drove the CanAm last week back to the shop with the low windscreen installed. Outside air temp. was 24'F.
Distance was 21 miles. Sun was out. Had baseball cap pulled low over my sunglasses. Heater was on full.
Drove about 60 mph. Turtleneck coller on my New England Patriot Jacket zipped up to my chin. (if you're wondering who the Patriots are, they're the Super Bowl Champs again this year [if you're wondering what the Super Bowl is, it's something like winning the World Cup (whatever that is)]).
Absolutely great drive. Now other cars had 2 things to look at, the CanAm, and some idiot driving in New England in the middle of winter in a convertable. Little did they know I was warm as toast, and loving it.
Probably could have done without the gloves, and one less sweater.
Question; has anyone been out in colder temps.
That's without the top Andy!!

p.s. Drove the CanAm home today, but it was 36' out, kinda like a heat wave. Actually got the oil temp up to 150' F.

Can't dispute your claim as I'm building a GTR.
I do have another soft top kitcar which I have driven all year round as a daily driver for the last 10 years. I only ever have the top up if it is actually raining. Care to join my club for insane drivers.

Actually raced the Cobra (open cockpit) in very light snow at Mosport Canada one late October!!

We don't get much snow so not done that one yet.
If it starts raining when I'm out I'm OK as long as I don't have to slow down or stop.
Got caught out once when it started to rain just as I entered a section of road works, lines of traffic cones and nowhere to pull over. Crawled through at 5mph with an umbrella up.

Last year I had to dig the road up to get the Canam to Autosport as the snow ruts had got too deap for the front splitter.

Ask ultimasimon how cold it was outside.... well below freezing though.
But I had the roof up and heater on so we never got cold so I suppose this don't count.

Heater..Yes, Top...No, to be in the Polar Bear Club.
But good point though, the Ultima with the low spoiler could be used to plow your driveway!!

Was out last weekend. It was sunny, beautiful and below freezing as Dian and I headed out of Prague for a two-hour jet above the speed limit to our lake cottage in South Bohemia

I love the roads down there because they roll, wind and twist and traffic is sparce. Snow covered every field, but the roads were dry.

Coming up over one hill, the road disappeared for about 1/2 km into ice and snow being covered by the wind blown across the open fields. We were sideways for some part, but straightened out. You grin, but subconsciously think of the re-build expense.

We spent the night warm by the fireplace, but I know I was sad for the car outside even with its car-cover strapped tightly on against the strong wind.
