Whirring Diff

After starting such an intersting thread last month on my rear suspension I thought I'd start another and see what the interest will be. A little less I expect but here goes.

My diff is great, no noise, no clonking, works just as it should.
However, if I go around a tight bend (mini roundabout or manoeurvering)the diff seems to whine.

What the general consensus?

Complete guess but ... all the oil draining to one side thus the whine would be from the temporarily oil starved side?

Would you like to remind us as to what sort of diff it is?

depends on diff settings as well if you have lsd dccd etc
