I was wondering if you guys would mind giving me a spot of careers advice.

I currently work in the wonderful world of web design and over the last 5 years have found myself moving more into the management side of things and out of the actual design and build process.

To cut a long story short I’m now trying to put together a list of options for myself. I want to move into something that I’m passionate about (something that I’m definitely not when it comes to web design), and the ONE thing I can say that about is cars.

And one area that springs to mind for me is buying and selling cars. It may sound sad but it’s something that I genuinely enjoy. I know a good second-hand car when I see one and regularly help friends and family when they’re buying one.

But is there a way to make a decent living from it?

What are my routes into the world of car sales?

Would I enjoy working at a main-dealer selling new(er) cars? I don’t think I would.

Are there any options other than sales that I’ve overlooked?

Sorry for rambling on. I’m looking forward to reading your comments!
