Anyone else see the Part Election Boardcast by the BNP last night?

Absolute joke, poorest quality load of old tripe ive ever seen.

Although he did sneek in a crafty 'bean shaker' when talking about the Conservatives and Labour (3:43 in)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8_-vGMeCMw

I still find it shocking that this party is even allowed to exist, let alone use images of WW2 and the like.

It's because we live in a democracy that they do exist. When people start deciding which polical parties can and cannot exist you have a far far more sinister state of affairs.

IIRC didn't the BNP accidentally and unintenionally use a picture of a Spitfire from a Polish WW2 biglaugh squadron in some of their PR material?

The shocking thing is some people will vote for them regardless. The BNP will jump on any bandwagon just so they can get some power - it used to be black/asian immigration, jews, gays, and now it's currently Islam as thats the topic that seems to resonate with people.

rofl Thought they did, but had no recollection that the context was such and own-goal.

Shows what knuckle scrapers many of them are. Total ignorance of the ethnic diversity of the British (let alone Allied) war effort. Bet they think the Ghurkas are from Pakistan too. rolleyes

I along with many people really do find that most of the arguments against BNP policies are just ignorant rantings of the "politically correct and liberal" tw4ts that have sold this country down the river. If one of the main parties started to put the UK first they would win a lindslide victory. We should really be looking after own. Tin hat on now!

Do you also find it shocking that the far left parties are allowed to exist as well ?

The far left and extreme communists have an atrocious record on human rights yet their supporters seem to be free to peddle their views and papers completely unhindered. The next time you meet someone selling the Communist Worker Daily (or somesuch) perhaps you should ask if they are openly supporting regimes such as the khmer rouge or President Kim Jong of North Korea.

Why don't you start by giving us a rational explanation as to why you would vote BNP?

Its hard not to agree with them on immigration issues, but what other policies do you agree with?
