I missed a delivery, only popped to get some milk, from DX secure.

Now I can't seem to get through to them at all, I have also sent an email. I could really do with being able to arrange the delivery for tomorrow.

Does anyone have a suggestion for contacting them? or know anything about them?

What do you mean you can't get through? There's a number on the card, isn't there? If phoneline is busy - try again.

I not even heard of them by the way.

My new passport was delivered by DX secure.
I had to rearrange delivery but it wasn't a problem.

It is not possible to take your call right now on the automated line.

Been like that for 2 1/2 hours.

They do secure deliveries, so secure it never gets delivered.

I collected a passport from the Crawley office after missing them.

All the security in the world is worthless when they go outside to have a smoke and vistors can just walk in behind them.

I accidently walked through the front door, into a small hallway which was empty and through the next door into a warehouse full of passports waiting to be delivered.

Back on subject, they can arrange to deliver to your work, as long as it is local to your home and in their catchment area.

We had to driver 25miles to Crawley as they weren't willing to delier in TWells which is 8 miles away!

I don't mind driving to collect, if I could get in touch with someone.

Apparently they have a problem with their telephone exchange. It is a good job they don't transport important things...no wait that's exactly what they do.

Well it took me until Wednesday evening before I got in touch with them. I got an afternoon delivery of which I had to pay the princely sum of £6 to guarantee it was delivered between 1300 and 1700. Well it is now 1820 and still no delivery.

I could have spent the afternoon working if I had know they would be so fking incompetent and useless. Just sent a moaning email to ask for my money back, has to be email can't be done over the phone.

I wouldn't like to be someone waiting for something important, for me it is just wasted time.

My passport was lost in the post somewhere last year, wasn't sent signed for, just posted through a door. A normal courier like DHL would have been more reliable and probably cheaper.
