Power glitch

Not sure if anyone else has/has had this issue.

Every so often I seem to loose power to everything for a split second then all is well again. Its like the battery is disconnected and reconnected.

Any pointers or ideas on a cause?

Do you mean electrical power and does it happen whilst on the move?

If so, my bet would be on a dodgy earth or perhaps more worryingly on a bad / loose connection or short on the +ve side of the battery. Worth getting checked out as there were a number of fires caused a few months ago where a bad connection or short around the battery was blamed for the ensuing fireball.

I'd be inclined to look inside the battery box to check that all of that wiring is good without chafing or similar and that the foam pad between the top of the battery and main chassis rails is in place.

If you're loosing power whilst driving, all of a sudden, then it comes online again, it might be the fuel pump relay slipping in & out. Its a 1" x 2" square black block (at least that's what it was on the Tuscan). I kept knocking it with my right toe tip and it progressively got looser. Not sure if it's the same arrangement on the T-cars fuse panel, but worth checking out.

Lee will be chuffed he's got a T350

Fuseboard seems to be the same layout and in the same place (a crap place IMHO)
