new car finance

I have recently drooped my annual mileage from 30K or so to 10K or so, therefore I am considering getting my next car (possibly new but probably nearly new) on some kind of finance (e.g. PCP or similar) - does anyone have any recommendations for companies specialising in this?

Lombard finance, i've used them personally for my last 3 cares and for all my business fleet, they are always very competitive and usually cheaper than the rest
