Be nice, and smile!! They will proberably want someone they can work with for a while at least.
If they ask any questions and you are not sure the answer you have prepared is the on they want to hear then ask them to qualify the question and that usually gives you an insite into the answer they want to hear.

Suit is a light grey one with bluish hue. Shoes are sparkling already. Shirt is either striped or checked. The one I want to wear (striped one) is also the one occasionally worn on nights out. Its a lovely Italian jobbie, and not sure if it might be a bit casual, even with tie on. We'll see.
Real problem will be questions I think. Im at a huge academic disadvantage compared to lots of the applicants, but have a CV which is much more practical, and much more what the company want. Think im going to have to play they "I can do it, and have proved I can do it" lines rather than talking about a Masters in something complicated.....
