So is this grading determined by the same people who failed to accurately assess the debt risk which resulted in the credit crunch?

I suspect there is a good reason why the Germans have been dragging their feet about this whole Euro bailout pot...

Really!

Can you explain what the thinking was behind it? Is he an anti-capitalist?

I means it is hotter in Southern Europe, and hence Southern Europeans tend to spend more time at the beach, or asleep, or drunk, or all three.

The crap weather in Northern Europe means that Northern Europeans spend most of their time working in offices and factories, generating wealth..and in return, they are allowed to spend 2 or 3 weeks a year in Southern Europe, spending money to be on the beach, asleep, drunk, or all three.

Sadly, in order to keep Southern Europe solvent, the income that the three weeks a year the Northern Europeans spend in Southern Europe isn't enough. In general terms, Northern Europeans must now donate roughly 30 weeks a year of income to keep the work-shy sleepy drunken sun-kissed Southern Europeans in sunblock, olives and wine.

The Northern Europeans have now worked out it would be cheaper to shoot all the Southern Europeans in the head, throw them into the sea, and have the Poles run the holiday resorts.

There may be trouble ahead.

Fair summation, please however, do include the french on the "to do" list.

Very well written smile you have my vote.
