20" wheel wanted for delivery bike

Does anyone know where I can get a 20" wheel for a message bike I'm restoring?

I have managed to get a new rear but cannot find a front, it has rod brakes and as far as I know the rim type is called a Westwood.

any help would be much appreciated.
