Right,

Seem to remember some guys on here that have rode at the DH tracks at Innerleithen before and used the "Uplift Scotland" service?

There are 8 or so of us going up at the start of June and when i spoke to the guy that runs it he assured me that they would be running the uplift that weekend.....well he bloody isn't!!mad

It's been a bugger to arrange this weekend and don't fancy pushing the bikes up the hill all weekend so does anyone know if the road that goes to the top that the uplift uses is a public road at all?

If we could get all the guys in the van and get someone to drive could we do our own uplift service so to speak??

Anyone help me out at all?

Cheers.

Dave

You don't want to push up, it takes forever. The gates to the road (I presume it was the road to the top) were locked when we tried.

Are you shure the uplift isn't running on this weekend or are the dates just not up on the website yet?
Actualy, thinking about it the first weekend in June is the Fort William world cup so most people in the DH scene in Scotland will be there I guess, unlucky mate. It is generaly a good service.
