I have a few irons in fires, but if I'm honest my dream job would be 'chef'. However, the pay is generally poor so rules that idea out until my wife has graduated and is earning.

ETA: When I say chef I don't mean in a primary school! I mean in a fancy hotel or restaurent as a high standard chef!
