I know that residents obviously don't want people speeding past their houses where children and pets are prone to be in the middle of the road, and I know that they're not after the type of driver that inhabits PH (who in my experience are pretty respectful of speed limits in areas where children are likely to appear suddenly) but seriously - surely these people should have better things to do with their time?
