Can you set up a sale listing, save it in draft, then submit it later in the day?

you can delay the listing to start at a preset time but you do have to pay a small fee .

Simple answer - yes.

Try selling an item without listing. Come back later and it will remind you of your uncompleted listing.

Cheers guys.

Another question - I see they now have max postage charged for different categories I.e. £1 for dvds.

Bit harsh if you are selling a heavy boxset. Any way out of this?

Yes just put in the description that because the item costs more to post you have to charge more. A box set will be the higher packet rate too.
Then when it's sold add the amount in the invoice under 'insurance'
Also put that the buyer must wait for your invoice.

it is a joke the min price for postage.

items have to be send recorded to be valid for paypal claim etc which is 75p on top of the postage cost.

plus a box or bubble wrap and tap its crazy
