I had a copy of it ages ago. Great tool, handy for when the useless parts dept don't know what you are asking for or tell you that that particular part doesn't exist.

I used to print out what I was looking for and hand them it after they told that.

You're right about the parts dept though.

I recently asked for a new HID bulb retaining ring, the little round one twist on one that holds the bulb in place inside the headlight. That's exactly how I described it. I followed that up with saying that mine had cracked and the bulb was falling out.

I paid over the phone, they got it in by special order a few days later; I went to collect it and they had ordered the large rear triangular shaped clip on rear headlamp outer cover!

They even had the cheek to tell me I "had to have it because they had ordered it specially for me"
