Medway Towns (even has its own 'language')
Norfolk (as I suspect does this)
Cumbria, has its own language, cumbric. Spoken by 5 farmers and 6 sheep.Norfolk (as I suspect does this)
Otherwise its english, of a sort, like 'gan yam marra ti git me bait'. A pissed Cumbrian is unintelligible even to other pissed cumbrians.

I only know about Medway because I worked in Chatham for a while, and asked one of my staff what she was doing over the weekend. The reply: "Gonna get gatted".
What?
It's a local slang whereby certain letters are substituted - in this case 'r' with 'g' (apparently there are loads more).
In English it means "Gonna get ratted".
