hi, has anyone an update on whats happening with the MX5 mk3.5 supercharger kits. i believe some of the early fitted ones had problems and were recalled.
There were problems with the sc on the Mk3 because it was bending engines. Mk3.5 has forged internals so should be fine. No idea on the status of the kt though. MX5 parts were selling them so you could ask them.
I was in at MX-5 parts 3/4 weeks ago and the chap in there said Cosworth were looking into the kit. No idea if they were selling the kit but just winding back a bit of boost maybe?
