As I'm away to start agency work can some kind soul please remind me of the regulations for taking a break?

I can remember the 4.5 hrs then 45 mins but I'm reading conflicting advice on the 15 min breaks.

A 45 can be broken into 2 parts 15+ and 30+mins.
Before it could be taken either way around but now 30+mins has to be taken last smile

You used to be able to take 3 15 minute breaks and start 4.5 hours driving again, but they changed the law again and now you have to have 15 minutes then a break of half an hour to continue with another 4.5 hours if that makes sense. A lot of the law has changed regarding drivers hours and stuff now especially with regard to the working time directive.

If I were you and you have been out of the game for a while I would have a read up here

Hope this helps.
