ill sell you nitrogen for your tyres if you like
I'm tempted!
Where do you find it?

I cant actually sell it, was said tongue in cheek. Its pretty pointless unless your going racing and need the pressure to stay stable and different temperatures.
If you have a toyota yaris/rover 200/400 or any other car that is prone to alloy wheel corrosion, yes its brilliant as there is far too little oxygen to corrode the wheels.
If you want a performance increase, then no, its not worth it on the road. On a track, giving it 100% effort for prolonged periods of time, it has benefits but driving from a to b in a normal manor, there's virtually nothing to gain.

while you're at it, moving all control knobs to vertical in your car improves its balance, as does having the seats exactly in the middle of their runners.
never wear one ear ring, as it unbalances the car, and try cornering in neutral, so the gear stick itsn't unbalancing the car by leaning any direction.
fancy gasses in tyres fall in the same camp IMHO, road cars simply are not refined enough to benefit, and if you are driving fast enough on the road to actually need nitrogen in your tyres for thermal stability, you should be locked up.
some people will buy absolutely anything if you tell them its better.
hows this for a laugh - I once heard of someone claiming you can gain power by shimming spark plugs so the earth electrode isn't masking the charge flow as it comes out of the inlet valve. the principals of the internal combustion engine were lost on him....

I run a 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0.5% CO2 plus a few inert gases mix and it seems to work well with the added advantage I can top it up anywhere.
I run the same mixture in all of my vehicles and never had a problem
