Anyone reccomend somewhere or a mobile tyre fitter in sheffield that will fit tyres i've already bought and won't charge a small fortune?

Theyre all getting dearer, but thats a bit steep. Id tell him that Albert will do it for £7:00 per corner taking your own tyres away, which he will, and see what he says - always worked for me before. Albert is his brother who runs the big Top Tread in Rotherham. If not, then maybe go there?
