Oh right.. I'm sure I remember when I was younger and asking my Dad and he told me you don't tell anyone who your voting for.
He probably meant in polite circles to avoid arguments.I just told them I was voting for Conservatives, as I am, but not bothered about local politics, just want to get rid of Gordo.

I received a mailshot from Labour this week (my 4th different mailshot from them in just over a week!!) that enclosed a prepaid postcard asking me to indicate who I was going to vote for. Unsurprisingly it didn't take long to be slam dunked into my bin.
You shoulda written "Conservatives" and sent it back as it was prepaid.

How the hell did I get to know greenies?!
I think maybe the most sensible answer was the Monster Raving loony Party.

I have been quite surprised by a few people, a few BNP, a few greens, a few liberals and a few Labour.

You need to be more ruthless with whom you accept as friends on facebook. How the hell did I get to know greenies?!

I have another question..
Around my town, Guildford, we've got quite alot of Conservative signs up.. But in the council estates theres lots of Lib Dems signs.. What are the Lib Dems doing for the benefit kind that would make this lot vote them?

Have you paid attention to the debates. They plan to brring in a general tax free allowance of £10,000 (as opposed to the current £6,475). So that muight be a factor.Around my town, Guildford, we've got quite alot of Conservative signs up.. But in the council estates theres lots of Lib Dems signs.. However, the main reason posters would be showing is that the Lib Dems are the second party in this part of the world and have been for years. If someone doesn't want to vote Conservative, the Lib Dems would be the natural alternative choice - if you want your vote to have any hope of making a difference.
We have a voting system that really only allows one of two parties to have a hope of winning any given seat. In some parts of the UK the two parties will be Conservative/Labour. In other parts Conservative/Lib Dem.
In Scotland and Wales the two party mix will be different again.

They probably just think that the Libs Dems will be closer to Labour policies than Tories so the "best of the rest" type of thing with the standard "I have no intention of doing well in my life so I want to see the Govt tax those rich b****ds who worked hard for their money".
