... warning (Warning Code 24) on the Tamora LCD screen. It started flashing up a couple of days ago, but I can find no reference to the warning codes in any of the owner's handbooks. Does anyone know what it indicates?
From a practical perspective, I am no longer able completely to stop the flow of hot air - there is still through flow even with the fan off. I don't know whether it's related but, when I bought the car, there was a very loud rattle (and more than annoying - actually loud) from behind the dashboard on the passenger's side. It was something that the dealer was supposed to have fixed but that rattle has now returned and, on occasion, the passenger's side windscreen pillar gets very hot. Clearly the latter is something to do with hot air - has something gone wrong with the ducting? Are they related at all?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Heater flap zero/controls is code 135/136. I will put money on the rattle being the arial tapping inside the wing (you hear the tapping more when the heater flap is moving or you go over a bump?). Remove the PS front wheel and the cover for the headlight and have a feel on top of the wing. I drilled it out and put a bolt through it.
I am only up the road from you in Dunstable pop up if you like and I will have a listen. I spent months trying to work out what the tapping was, only when I fitted the HID lights did I work it out.
